The Company
KEB Modular Sdn Bhd ("Modular") had been established in 1992 involved in outdoor temporary structures and facilities for functions and events.
Since then the company had been involved in providing outdoor temporary structures and facilities to organisers of various world class events held in Malaysia.

Kingsmen Group Associations
Modular is an associated company of Kingsmen Group since 1994. Kingsmen Group is a Singapore head-quartered regional organisation involved in Interior architechture, exhibition & event, museum, display and graphic communications. The Group had been in the existence for more than 20 years and having wide international office network in the Asia-Pacific region. With the association and alliance with Kingsmen Group and the local expertise of Modular, we are able to provide total scope of services in the exhibition and events industry. 

Scope of Services 

Project Management Consultancy
With the vast expenence of  involving in the events and exhibitions in Malaysia, drawing on Kingsmen Group's experience in Asia-Pacific region we are able to offer the expertise in the project management consultancy in organising events and exhibitions of international standard. The project management consultancy would includes services from project inception, design,construction and completion. Among other things, the scope would covers the followings:

a Conduct feasibility study and project reports
b Coordinate with consortium team members in concept and layout planning
c Formulate the marketing and marketing strategies.

Temporary Structures
Not all events and exhibitions will be held in permanent buildings and facilities. Events and exhibitions often required special requirements which cannot be accommodated in the existing buildings. Among the special requirements are access by heavy equipments, high head rooms, larger clean span spaces, demonstration areas, etc.
In these instances, clear span tents would be the ideal solution. The clear span structure can varies from 10m to 30m width and unlimited length, site is the only constraint the tents can be air conditioned if required. Modular is a reputable local tentage service provider. With the new R & D facilities which enable Modular to provide the variety of tentage solutions, both aesthetic and functional.

Events and Hospitality Facilities
Modular and Kingsmen Group as a whole had been a reckoned force in the exhibitions & event industry. We had held the biggest exhibition show in Malaysia i.e. LIMA from 1991 till 2005.
It is the industry recognition that propel us to be appointed as the "Corporate Hospitality Builder" to undertake the Corporate Hospitality Village for the 16th Commonwealth Game, Kuala Lumpur in September 1998.
Modular's expertise which may include exhibition layout planning, design and construction of temporary facilities events such as the hospitality requirements the event participants and organisers to maxise their benefits and return.

Graphic Communication
Graphic communication in the form of decoration, signs, displays are parts of exhibitions and events which bring out the theme and attract the visitors. Modular is committed in providing total service to the client, naturally an in-house department had been form to handle these important services. 

Rental Services For Furniture and Electrical Appliances
The small details such as meeting the temporary requirements of providing the furniture and electrical appliances are not excluded. We had stock up some commonly used furniture and electrical appliances for the need and convenience of the exhibitors. We can also cater for the special requirements and requests by tapping on our suppliers network.
